Clinic Health and Safety Updates

September 21st, 2020:

For many it is back to school and more regular routines again! As this is usually our busiest time of the year, we have increased our hours to accommodate your schedule.

Increased Clinic Hours:

– Monday, Wednesday, Friday hours will remain 10am – 4pm
– Tuesday, Thursday hours have increased to 10am – 7pm
– Saturdays – every second Saturday will be available for online bookings

COVID-19 requirements:

– We continue to schedule ample cleaning time between patients
– Whether you were just here yesterday or 2 months ago, all patients/clients will be screened at the front desk upon arrival.

Please continue to:

– Arrive within 5 minutes of your appointment
– Maintain physical distancing in the reception area
– Use hand sanitizer
– Attend your appointment solo (if possible)
– Reschedule your appointment if you are having any cold or flu symptoms, or change to a telemedicine appointment
– Schedule supplement pick-ups (also helps us make sure we have it in stock)

Telemedicine (phone/video) appointments are still available.

June 15th, 2020:

We are happy to welcome current and new patients back to the clinic!

There will be some changes for the coming months to keep everyone safe and healthy:

– Appointments will be scheduled to allow for ample cleaning time
– The clinic will have an increased cleaning schedule
– All patients/clients will be screened at the time of booking and at the front desk upon arrival

We ask that you:

– Do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your appointment
– Maintain physical distancing in the reception area
– Use hand sanitizer upon entry
– Attend your appointment alone if possible
– Reschedule your appointment if you are having any cold/flu/COVID-19 symptoms
– Continue to schedule supplement pick-ups

Telemedicine (phone/video) appointments are still available.

March 21st, 2020:

We now have virtual appointments available for current and new patients!

The quickest way to book an appointment is through online booking, however you may also send an email or leave a voicemail and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Prior to your appointment, you will receive an email with a link to enter the video chat. Please ensure that you are in a private place to maintain your confidentially. This video chat program is compliant with Canadian Privacy Laws.

We will not be able to do any in-person treatments at this time including acupuncture, cold laser therapy, elapromed treatments or injections.

To help maintain social distancing but still allow patients to get the supplements they require, we have added a scheduling option called “Supplement Pick-Up” to our online booking menu. Make sure to write a note of the products and quantity you need so that we can make sure that it is available before you come in.

March 18th, 2020:

Considering recent events, we have made the challenging decision to pause appointments at our physical clinic space for the next 2 weeks as of 2PM Thursday March 19th.

Our naturopathic doctors, Dr. Michelle and Dr. Kyle, will be available for virtual appointments and Dr. Michelle will still be able to refill prescriptions. Details for virtual appointments will be coming soon.

Supplement pick-up and delivery will be done as needed.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience during this time. We are hoping to continue business as usual in early April and will be keeping everyone posted via the website, email and social media.
