15 minute "Meet the Doctor" Visits
Why are these visits important?
The relationship with your doctor is an important one. When our patients are seeking other health care practitioners, we always encourage them to “interview the doctor/therapist” to make sure that the match is right. These introductory visits allow prospective patients to do the same!
How much does the visit cost?
Instead of payment for these introductory visits, we ask prospective patients to bring in a donation (either monetary or a non-perishable food item) for the Shelbourne Community Kitchen. This organization shares many of our own values and we are excited to have the opportunity to help them out and raise awareness.
What should I expect?
The main goal of these visits is for the doctor and the prospective patient to learn a bit about each other. Prospective patients share about their health concerns as well as what their goals are. We will discuss some of the philosophy and treatment options of naturopathic medicine. No treatment will be offered during this visit however, prospective patients should be able to determine if this clinic is the right choice for them.
